Arrive for A/C maintenance. Was guided to 2 thermostat that controls A/C. Inspected air handler in attic. Changed filter. Blower wheel and evaporator coils looks good as new. UV bulb by blower wheel is out. Set both thermostat to cooling. Condenser started up normally. Washed down condenser with chemical and water. Hooked up gauges to check pressures. Pressures were Good.
