Checked all operations in the cooling mode and inspected the furnace filters. Filters were dirty and replaced. Checked the static pressure of both systems and found that the American standard system had high static pressure. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components at the outdoor units. All electrical and refrigerant components were good at this time. Systems are operating properly at this time.
