Went for an ac maintenance today. Did a static pressure test, it failed after the coil drop pressure and with a non restrictive filter. Outdoor unit compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Refrigerate level met factory specifications. Capacitors passed. Indoor coil has biological growth and rust on it. Heat exchanger is also very rusted and has water damage.
