Arrived for furnace check on two systems. Main system has a rusty heat exchanger, very dirty coil, small return. It’s from 1996. You’re honking about replacing soon. The second system is 2018. Heat exchanger is ok. Static pressure is ok. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. All electrical components are running with in specs. Reach out when you’re ready to discuss system replacement!
