Today (8/18/25) the blower motor for the furnace that serves the Brighton neighborhood was diagnosed as failed. In addition to this the blower wheel was also damaged. The voltage through the control board to the motor was confirmed. A new motor, blower wheel and a matching capacitor was sourced via Lennox and a repair estimate was created. The estimate was approved by Kim and Tyler. The parts were picked up at Lennox and brought on-site. The replacements were successful and the system returned to normal function after the repairs. The repairs are warrantied for one year from todays date including parts and labor. *This estimate includes both the diagnosis and the repairs listed on the estimate.
