I put a call in after noticing my new outdoor unit was making an odd cycling noise. Robbie dropped by to troubleshoot and found some parts that were vibrating and made sure the unit was still on level and working properly. He was able to stop most of the vibration. The unit still has a faint cycling sound, and may always have that. Not thrilled with having to live with that, but that's a manufacturer thing. Goodman is the maker.
