After LBA installed a new tankless hot water system I learned the benefits included with a recirculating system on this particular Rinnai model. I received a quote, but no details of what was included in the quote. Over a period of days I talked with a handful LBA technicians about the details of what was included in the quote, but there was one question none could answer.
