Dispatched for possible repair on reversing valve solenoid coil. After arrival and further investigation into the issue it was determined that another company has provided multiple services and changed out the indoor coil in May 2025 and in February before the coil was replaced there was refrigerant add to the system. The other company came out a few weeks ago and diagnosed that the system had a leak in the outdoor unit and that they can repair the issue but there is possibly other issues. The other company recommended for replacement of the system or repair with no guarantee that it would not happen again. That is when they also recommended that LBA services can also be called out to fix the issue since we installed the system in 2020, and that it has parts warranty.
