Completed furnace, maintenance and inspection. I double checked thermostat to make sure humidifier was set up properly. I then checked out humidifier when I was down by the furnace. Humidifier water pad needs changed out. The humidifier pad size is number 35. There was too much water coming through so I turned down the amount of water Going to the humidifier. I checked out components and amp draws. I cleaned flame sensor and wiped down furnace. I tested air pressure and temp splits. Furnace is operating within manufacture specifications at departure. Smart AC hub was not connected to the Wi-Fi. We reset the hub and it connected properly. The sensors are out of battery. Customer said they would replace them themselves. I reset the alerts for service on the unit and the air filter alert as well.
