Went for an AC maintenance today. Changed the filter. Did a static pressure test, it failed. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Evaporator coil is clean and rust free. Outdoor unit is very clean. Refrigerate pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. AC is up and running upon completion.
