It took 3 techs and 8 hours just for a cleaning. First tech said tank was empty, not the case. Waited half a day for fuel which come to find out was not needed - we had 1/2 tank. He could not get the furnace running. Then had to wait for a 3rd tech several hours later who finally was able to get the furnace running. Not a good day as I had to take off work and did not plan to.
