We booked our propane company, Tevis, to come out and light our fireplace pilots and identify why their records indicated our tank was out of propane (but the tank gauge said it was at 50%). The delivery person came out, confirmed the tank was at 50%, topped off the tank, and said the office would call to set up a diagnostic appointment and that he couldn't light our fireplace pilots. We have a "diagnostic" appointment set for a month from now.
