Perform maintenance on tankless water heater and water softener. Cleaned brine and broke up salt to prevent slat bridging. Tankless water heater was getting ignition failure. Checked exhaust and exhaust not blocked. Checked igniter and igniter working like it should. Sparked when tankless kicked on. Checked condensation trap and it was full of sediment and debris. Corrected pitch and leak from condensation line. Also fixed gas line to make room to perform tankless flush. Cleaned sediment filter on water line. Informed customer that if she’s still having ignition failure to call us back immediately and will get on the phone with tech support.
