Went for a maintenance call today for heat. Tested for static pressure system is failing when in heat for upstairs and basement is passing.All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Did a combustion test is within range for both system. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected for main floor. Upstairs unit does have heat and heat stress showed customer. Checked temp split and is passing. Did replace filter for customer for upstairs unit. Did notice blower wheel for both systems are dusty will recommend a cleaning. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. System is up and running before departure. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
