10-30-25 UponArrived, spoke to Julio and Roy. Not much time after I got there JCI tech showed up. The energy management system was still down, after some time located the voltage problem or glitches. Found the control board for the baseboard heaters along the windows was locked out and causing the system to go down. Once we reset the board the system did come online on the laptop. The board for the baseboard heaters is in the electrical panel below the breakers for the baseboard heaters behind a panel. The system did stay running for now The JCI tech has been out there multiple times, he has changed boards in the VAV boxes so the repair above may not be the only issue going on here. They are two different types of control signals going through the systems and there may be an issue with the similar boards and signals glitch. They did recommend replacing or update the controls.
