There were 3 rooftop units that did not function during the heating maintenance performed on the 30th of October. Units #5, 8 and 10 were diagnosed. Unit’s #4 and 7 were confirmed to have stretched belts that have worn into their pulleys and have been slipping. Unit#5 (s/n ending 00846) has a blower contactor that has failed. The 24v control voltage was off on an internal fuse. The motor wires are scorched at the contactor. A new contactor and minor wire repair is recommended and the restore operation of this unit. Unit#8 (s/n 00847). This unit is following it’s ignition cycle however when the gas valve receives proper voltage from the control board it is not allowing gas through to the orifices.
