Returned to perform previous proposed work. Customer wants me to look at her toilets. They seem to run when they shouldn’t. Discovered that all fill valves are overflowing into flush valve. This can be caused by high water pressure. Main floor toilet is the one having the most issues with fill valve. Recommended replacing fill valve. Customer had me look in basement bathroom and found additional water leak. Also found expansion tank to be have failed as well. After thorough discussion with customer about repairs, customer decided to move forward with water line repairs above basement bathroom ceiling and replace fill valve in main floor toilet. Will replace expansion under workmanship warranty. Expansion tank was not properly supported and was not pressured to house pressure causing it to prematurely fail. Went ahead and started by replacing main entrance valve, new prv, and added boiler drain. Also replaced expansion tank and set tank to 75psi to match new house pressure. Set prv to 7
