Dispatched for humidifier not operating. Humidifier is operating it only operates in the heating mode and the flow of water is at the perfect rate. Well, checking the humidifier water shut off. I observed the flu above the water heater and it is beginning to rust out. This is due to improper exhausting of gases from the water heater.
