Customer called him about water heater leaking. We recently installed the water heater a few years ago. Upon arrival, discovered that customer has two water heaters. Traditionally when we see two water heaters next to each other we like to see them in a parallel system. In a parallel system, both water heaters are being used simultaneously and also if one of the water heater goes down, we can isolate that water heater and the house still has hot water. In a series system, if the secondary water heater goes down to the point where it’s not able to ignite, house will one get luke warm at best and will take a long
