Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Cycled call for heat on the thermostat and the system started heating. Open the burner cabinet to the furnace and found lots of condensation cooling there. Let system run and monitor its operation. Furnace cut out about five minutes into its operation. System gave fault code pertaining to either the pressure switches or the inducer. By the sound of things there is condensation inside the actual inducer itself. Determined that the condensation drain is not draining properly. Evaluate the rest of the system to determine whether or not the system will continue to run once the condensation issue is resolved. Spoke with homeowner about systems condition. With homeowners approval performed drain clearing. Tested system operations to ensure system is going to continue to run throughout the Evening. Found that the system is close to overheating.
