11-7-25 Showroom Rtu blower runs continuously. Customer (Central Surfaces) recently had their P.M. performed by others. It was noted that the Lennox unit LBA installed 4/25/2024 has blower issues, ZGC120S4MH1Y--5624C02125 Today I found the VFD for the blower bypassed and the blower motor running at 100% continuously. The VFD controller LED is completely blank. The cooling fan is not running. I called Lennox tech tech-support. I was on hold with them for over an hour and a half. They never picked up. I did leave a message to call me back and I still haven’t gotten a call from.. see picture. I did talk to a local VFD controller company. They pretty much confirmed that the VFD controller is bad and shot. We would need to confirm this with Lennox cause it’s probably under parts warranty. While I was on hold with Lennox, I checked some of the wiring to see if there was something going on. VFD runs off of the power the 208 power. I didn’t notice that the blower filter door is difficul
