The first unit that serves the office area and part of the community room the gas valve was shut off to this unit. I did check this newer unit heat exchanger and it did show sign that it has been running in the pass since install. The second system was serve inside the community room and was running as its should be but couldn’t keep up with the other system down. We took temperature from 66 to 73 where they had it set for. At this time everything is running as it should be
