Arrived to remedy a system that had overheated. Cycled power and tested system operations. Found that when the main floor was calling for heat the system is not able to move enough air to allow the system to operate. Set the “closed” setting for upstairs at roughly 50%. This will allow the system to primarily heat the main floor, without overheating the 2nd floor. Found that one of the pvc fittings was not glued and was leaking condensation. Glued this part of the exhaust pipe. System is functioning properly upon departure.
