Arrived on sat for cooling issue. Customer states that when its 88 or over outside the difference inside would be 10 degrees or less. Arrived on site, t stat measure 70 degrees inside. After an hour it went up to 74. Its been set for 64 but kept going up. Pessures were fine subcooling with 11 and super heat with 14. Difference inside the ductwork peaked at 20 degrees.
