8-9am Arrival; Watermark 1C- Maintenance. She is currently having an issue with her system but per Joe, he would like me to schedule this as a maintenance. She is explaining that the system isn't keeping up: She believes this is either a freyon leak or has to do with her nest thermostat. She also mentioned that her thermostat is right in front of a window and she notices the problem sometimes stops when she closes the shades. She has an Ecobee on site that she already purchased, but she is open to suggestions as to what she should replace her thermostat with. She is not sure if an analog would be better. She will have filter/s on site. (She asked specifically for Joe as "dawn berry sent her" however, she is fine with anyone as long as they know what they are doing with thermostats. I ensured her that Jack is our most experienced service tech :))
