Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler and RTU. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment: performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Boiler working as it should. Customer concerned with lobby hot water blower heater not operating. Determined the blower fan thermostat is at a different temperature than thermostat. Confirmed operation of the system. For the RTU. The system was not operating upon arrival. Found the draft inducer motor unplugged. Plugged it in and confirmed operation of the system. Placed filters and belt. System working as it should.
