Arrived on site performed the spring maintenance for one AC system, chemically clean the condenser, removed the media from the polarized media, air cleaner and replaced it. We have one replacement media available for next season. Opened the air handler and checked the evaporator coil, checked the blower motor and the blower wheel, checked electrical connections. Started up the air handler and confirmed that the blower motor is running properly and there are no vibrations, checked the drain line and confirm that the EZ trap is not blocked. start up the condenser and checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures, found that the sub cooling was low and that the system needs to be topped off. checked high voltage to the system, confirmed operation of the contactor, confirmed voltage to the contactor coil. All OK.
