Arrived onsite for no cooling service call. Homeowner stated the outside unit is not coming on. Turned in AC system and found the outside unit not turning on. Found the breaker 30 amps tripped. Switched to in position and system began running. Continued diagnostic and found a fault in the refrigerant system. System low on phased out refrigerant and icing up. Possible leak in the system. Inside unit is a AC coil uncased above the furnace 125k 2 stage. Furnace manufacture date is 2006. AC manufacture date is 2003. Found fault in the air flow system with a dirty filter 20x24x1 inside the system. Removed filter and recommend homeowner replace. Will return with an estimate to replace the furnace and the AC system.
