Arrived for furnace tune up today. Turned furnace on and after about 5 minutes the system cut off. Code was for limit or roll out. I came red secondary hx and coil to see if they were dirty. I check the flue. I believe the high limit switch is bad and was getting false reading, cutting system off. While discussing the issue, you told me that you didn’t want me there anymore and we could send someone else if we wanted. I tried to explain that there a number of things I need to check to diagnose the issue. But you still wanted me out.
