Arrived for furnace check today. Static is passing. Heat exchanger looks good. Carbon monoxide test was 0 ppm. All electrical is running in specs. I replaced furnace filter, it only lasts 1 moth. I also replaced humidifier pad. Humidifier is working properly. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
