Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set systems to heating. Measured a temperature rise for each system. Verified operation of the ignition and safety systems. Set systems for cooling. Measured each systems static pressure and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnaces for cleanliness. Found that the blower wheels in each system are coated in dust debris. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Found that the capacitor in the upstairs condenser is failing. Rinsed coils free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the systems. Air conditioning systems are operational at this time.
