11-19-25 Gym and lobby area is not heating properly again. Today I found the carrier rooftop unit control. Transformer circuit breaker was tripped. Trace wiring from the transformer to the furnace limit switch. The fiberglass plate on the limit, was actually dirty and wet enough to short out to the casing of the heating exchanger. I pulled the limit, cleaned and dried and reinstalled system is working at this time Carrier RTU serial # 0916P28172 I did speak to Ryan tell him what I found. Also, I talked to Ryan about the two zone valves for the gym and lobby that need to get replaced curly or locked open. This is causing the lobby or the gym to overheat or not heat at all.
