We hereby propose to furnish the required hoisting, labor, materials, tools and equipment to do the following: Replace the existing 9,000 btu Mitsubishi mini split for the IT room. Price includes a 24,000 btu Mitsubishi mini split condenser mounted above grid, Mitsubishi indoor section wall mounted, wall mounted condensate pump, drip pan mounted under the condenser and remote room thermostat. Exiting electrical disconnect and utilities will be reused. New unit covered by a seven year compressor, five year parts and one year labor warranty. Includes removal and disposal of the existing equipment per EPA regulations. Existing smoke detectors will be reused if applicable. Non operational smoke detectors, fire panel interlock, energy management controls and energy management wiring will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. Price does not include mechanical permits if required. Price does not include work outside of normal business hours, weekends or holidays. If th
