Returned to evaluate gas line for customer. Currently gas is shut off to the building due to multiple leaks and system not holding pressure. After evaluating system, noticed that gas line entry point is coming through the side of the building and disappears. Traced gas meter to the outside side of building. Found that customer meter has three gas lines going underground. Leaks could be underground and reason for not holding pressure. Recommend abandoning gas lines underground and running single 2in gas line from where gas line enter side of warehouse and running gas line along the roof down to the meter. From that point we can air pressure test system and test for additional leaks. Any additional leaks will be additional costs. For now will send first estimate that will cover rerouting gas line and air pressure test. Once all leaks are found, will send estimate for repairs for leaks.
