Customer states a few days ago upstairs guest bathroom clogged, he plunged annd cleared the clog but was concerned. and currently the basement bathroom is clogged. Tested and found no issues in upstairs guest bathroom, basement bathroom backing up. Found sewage pump behind bathroom that was not pumping at all. Pump is burnt up. They said that the pump was replaced 4 years ago but they never had not heard the thump it makes since it was replaced. Check valve looks to be reused from old pump. Likely the. Check valve failed causing the sewage pump to fail.
