Out tonight 4/5/24 Trevor J. Called out for an emergency visit. New homeowner who just moved in a day ago said the bottom level toilet is backing up. Upon arrival we opened the 6” green city riser and line was holding. We attempted to run the large sewer machine down the line, retrieved broken pieces of PVC from the drain. The more we ran the machine, the more silt that was building up and sloshing around in the pipe. We determined that the main line (potentially on the city/ county side) is broken. We were unable to get line flowing on tonight’s visit. Homeowner was very displeased. Explained that we can work a game plan up next week. Work order needs billed to Riz Communities and Development. Job Status: Incomplete (Needs further discussion with builders) Autho: Bill to Riz. Estimates: Unable to build until further discussion.

Stated.. needs drains/plumbing checked on upstairs washer. Tech notes.. came out to inspect upstairs washer plumbing while on site tested the washer by filling it with water and draining multiple times. Found no issues during testing at all. Hot side of washer had a slight drip from the hose being old. Noticed the washer has a leak in the front right but we were unable to locate where the leak from originated from. Resolution.. no apparent plumbing issues. Tested washer by filling and draining 10 times and after not finding any issues for the entire time found a small puddle forming on front right corner of washing machine. Washing machine has drain pan so this shouldn’t have caused that to begin with. Customer the told us that the washer wasn’t even hooked up when the leak happened. Ceiling where leak was had already been assessed and then the ceiling patched in January and no other signs of leak have shown. No plumbing issues found at this time. Informed tenant she may want t

Customer Stated: This is a vacant property, and we were called out for a clogged toilet issue. Tech Notes: Upon inspection, I found that there were three elongated toilets, located in the main level powder bathroom, upstairs master bathroom, and upstairs guest bathroom. I found that all three toilets were functional, and flushing. I did recommend to Jamall and Michael that all three toilets be replaced due to their condition. I let him know that all three toilets are older style toilets, and the flush power is very low. After speaking with Jamal he stated he would more than likely just move forward with replacing, but would like to think on it over the weekend. Resolution: I was unable to find any clogged issues for all three toilets on today’s visit. However, I did find that all three toilets had very low flush power, and were in very poor condition. I recommended to Jamall that he have all three replaced to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. Job Notes:**Please bill out t

Customer States: There is a leak in a wall in the home. Water is off. Technician Notes: Out today to look into an issue with a leak. Painter onsite directed me to a hole cut open in the master bedroom wall. There is a leak under the master bathroom tub. Master bedroom wall is best access point. The supply line that delivers water from the valve to the spout on the cold side was kinked and water was spraying when tub was used. Leak only occurs if water is ran in the tub. Resolution: Removed kinked 3/8” soft corrugated copper supply line and installed a new 3/8” steel braided supply line in place. Restored water and tested for leaks. Left water on to the home. Job Notes: No exterior sewer clean out located. Unable to check pressure due to there being a single hose bib that is unregulated. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill to ResiPro. Estimates: No additional needed at this time.

CUSTOMER STATED: the tenants complaint is that when the use the shower in the main floor guest bathroom water is leaking into the basement TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found that when the guest bathroom shower head is used water does leak into the basement I removed the handle assembly on the guest bathroom shower and found a bad soldered joint where the tub spout leg connects to the valve It only leaks when the water is diverted to the shower head RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: The shower valve needs to be replaced because trying to resolder that joint could cause the pex lines connected to the cold hot and the shower head to melt and blow apart due to the heating of the valve body
