Needing to provide and replace master bathroom undermount lavatory sink bowl. Will also reinstall existing 8in widespread faucet. Will also need to provide and replace broken price pfister handle adapter for upstairs jack n jill tub and shower valve. Job completed March 20, 2024 master bathroom lavatory undermount porcelain bowl replaced, faucet installed and tested with no issues or leaks at this time. Replaced shower handle adapter and tested with no further issues at this time.

CUSTOMER STATED: No hot water TECHNICIAN NOTES: Noritz tankless water heater installed on the exterior of the home next to crawlspace door not igniting. Tested with Noritz tech support and confirmed circuit board has failed and needs to be replaced. Water heater is no longer covered under manufacturers warranty.
