CM 05/01/2024 Customer stated: they had a pressure issue out of the master bathroom hot side lavatory faucet. Tech notes: called out today to look at a faucet in the master bathroom that’s having pressure issue on the hot side. Our previous technician had replaced the cartridge that had fixed the drip but didn’t fix the issue. While further investigating I checked pressure to find it a 45 psi and checked the water heater to find it 2 years old and functioning properly. I checked the hot side straight stop under the lavatory sink in the master bathroom to find it completely corroded and clogged allowing a small volume of water to come out. Resolution: replaced the straight stop and tested to fine everything functioning properly as should.
