Customer Stated: They had an issue with their sump pump, and toilet was not filling fast enough. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Zoeller sewage ejection pump located in the basement of home, and is filled with foreign objects which has caused the motor to burn out. I let the tenants know that the pump will need to be replaced, and this is not typically covered under AHS warranty. I found that the toilet is a Crane elongated located in the main level powder bathroom of home, and I was unable to find any mechanical/plumbing issues with this toilet. I made the tenant aware that AHS warranty is not going to cover for me to do anything unless a repair is necessary. Resolution: We will need to replace the existing sewage ejection pump, and do a minor rebuild for the main level powder bathroom to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues.
