CM04/23/2024 Customer stated: they wanted their plumbing inspection. Tech notes: called out today to perform a whole home plumbing inspection. While on site I started in the garage with the and checked over the water heater to find the thermal expansion tank has failed due to age. 5e thermal expansion tank is supposed to be full of compressed air instead is full of water. Resolution: checked through the whole home and found everything functioning properly as should with no leaks or drips the only issue found was with the thermal expansion tank.
