CM 04/23/2024 Customer stated: they had a leak in the garage ceiling. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leak in the garage ceiling. While on site I found that there was a half inch copper line in the garage ceiling that had ruptured due to freezing water. Resolution: I cut out the section of half inch copper that was ruptured and replaced it with pex.
