Customer States: There are two toilets that will not flush. One in the upstairs guest bathroom and one in the master bathroom. Technician Notes: Out today on this 2nd opinion AHS work order to look into issues with two toilets not flushing properly. Both toilets are upstairs. Master bathroom and hallway/ guest bathroom. Upon flushing toilets I had a suspicion of something being lodged in the traps on both of these toilets. Attempted to auger both toilets but was unsuccessful. There are foreign objects lodged in the traps of these toilets that I am unable to remove with a closet auger. Job Notes: Sewer clean out located in sidewalk. Job Status: Complete.
