CUSTOMER STATED : There is a leak under the kitchen sink. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out of the residence today for the tenants concerns of there being a leak under the right side of the kitchen sink on the main floor. After investigating,we found the tubular drain piping on right side had fallen loose, which is causing the leak. While on site we have also found a defective double union zurn pressure regulating valve located in the basement. RESOLUTION : Replaced nut and Farrells for right side of kitchen drain tubular and replaced defective pressure regulating valve. Repairs have been pressurized/tested for proper functions and are showing no further concerns at this point in time. Homes water pressure is 60 PSI with new prv.
