4/25/24 Preston B. Out to the residence today for partially approved work by AHS to replace the existing 40 gallon natural gas water heater located in the basement. RESOLUTION : Installed new 40 gallon AO Smith water heater and all new code required items in the basement. New system has been pressurized and tested, showing no current leaks, drips, or concerns at this time. Water heater is currently heating up its 40 gallons. JOB NOTES : No payment due. Job paid in full. JOB STATUS : Job complete CUSTOMER STATED: They have no hot water TECHNICIAN NOTES: We found the water heater was off and the pilot light is out We relit the pilot and it stayed lit when the burner started it stayed on for 5 seconds and then went out the gas control valve gave a error code of 2 which is the thermalpile low voltage code RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: The thermal pile/ pilot assembly needs to be replaced JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?)
