The tenants complaint is that they are having a massive water leak in the basement bathroom ceiling while she was running a bath in the master bathroom tub They can’t use the washer because the knockout was not removed We found the basement bathroom ceiling has a very large area of water damage We started looking around in the master bathroom and found that the master bathroom tub use to be a whirlpool tub but someone has used some kind of compound to try and seal the jet holes up and there are cracks in the seal they used My recommendation is that the tub needs to be replaced because the tub is not repairable at this point We did take the knockout out of the washer box Job not completed Need to get with management on creating an estimate to replace the tub No visible clean out
