Customer/ Tenant States: Issue under the kitchen sink/ wall behind the kitchen sink. Technician Notes: We were previously out to make a repair on 2/29 under the kitchen sink, leak has been handled. Tenants complaint is the drywall behind the sink under the countertop. I tested all plumbing supply and drain. No leaks. Resolution: Tenants complaint is drywall. Drywall seems to either have been installed improperly/ not finished properly. I am unable to do anything for this issue. Job Notes: No exterior sewer clean out located. Job Status: Complete.
