Out tonight 4/5/24 Trevor J. Called out for an emergency visit. New homeowner who just moved in a day ago said the bottom level toilet is backing up. Upon arrival we opened the 6” green city riser and line was holding. We attempted to run the large sewer machine down the line, retrieved broken pieces of PVC from the drain. The more we ran the machine, the more silt that was building up and sloshing around in the pipe. We determined that the main line (potentially on the city/ county side) is broken. We were unable to get line flowing on tonight’s visit. Homeowner was very displeased. Explained that we can work a game plan up next week. Work order needs billed to Riz Communities and Development.
