CUSTOMER STATED : There is a exterior leak near water meter box. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the tenants concern of there being a exterior leak coming from the exterior water meter box on the left side of the home. After investigating, we have found that the existing water meter has cracked on both sides at the male threads. City of Hampton will need to come out to the property and repair water meter. This is not a repair we can make at this time. RESOLUTION : No repairs made today. Tenants need city to make repairs to water meter. JOB NOTES : Water has been turned off at the property to minimize water usage. No pressure reading. Water to home is turned off JOB STATUS : Job complete
