TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis of a gas leak at location while out on site I found that behind the furnace there is a shut off leaking and also a black iron tee that’s leaking as of today only diagnosis was performed due to needing to use mega press for this repair, will need to cut black iron lines out in order to address issue. This area is a tight space and will need two people in order to perform this repair possible needing a 72 inch gas line aswell. May need to remove venting for furnace if possible. Please note. * clean out located in front of home to right of door . Pressure is high but I could not locate a pressure regulator valve any where inside or outside of home could not perform replacement of prv JOBSTATUS: not complete ESTIMATE: need to get with mike
