CUSTOMER STATED : We are getting black mold in master bathroom shower upstairs. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of there being black mold spots within the master bathroom shower enclosure located upstairs. There are no active leaks and mold is due to quality of water / not cleaning shower enclosure. With there being no plumbing failures, all I could recommend at this time to the homeowner was a halo Mini 3 wall mounted whole home filtration system to cleanse their water.
